Un sixième continent s’est créé au large de la Californie, dans le Pacifique nord. Un continent de déchets plastique six fois grand comme la France.

Serait-il trop tard pour sauver la planète ?

Notre quotidien médiatique s ‘enferme dans ces généralités négatives.

Mais le pire est à venir ; toute personne qui oserait réfuter ces allégations serait d’office catalogué au rayon utopiste, idéaliste pathétique, carburant au déni.

Comment imaginer une société, vivant en période de « crise », se rappeler d’auteurs qui ne sont même plus lus au programme du secondaire, nous imprégner à ce point.

Cette même société qui ne se rappelle déjà plus les bienfaits économiques et sociaux de la victoire de l’équipe de France au mondial 98 et plus proche de nous à ce magnifique élan de solidarité, à cette communion retrouvée après le terrible massacre de Charlie Hebdo.

Notre mémoire ne nous sert à rien si nous ne prenons pas la décision, ferme, de nous en servir, d’exercer notre mental.

S’exercer le plus souvent possible pour retrouver l’estime de soi, l’estime du choix, l’estime de la liberté.

Je vous propose plusieurs axes.

Relativiser, remettre les choses à leur place.

Le monde qui entoure chacun d’entre nous est loin d’être parfait et alors ? Nous savons pourtant que la perfection n’est pas de ce monde, pourquoi s’obstiner à voir le verre à moitié vide. La psychanalyse nous enseigne que « rien n’est plus difficile pour l’être humain que d’accepter le bonheur » car la plupart des gens sont passifs dans leur vie, ils la subissent. Cela apparaît inconsciemment comme plus confortable à vivre au quotidien.

Faire preuve de réalisme sur les choix de l’information. Soit j’allume la radio ou la télé sur un flot d’informations monochrome soit je décide où, quand, quelles seront mes sources. Je choisis ma connaissance pour ne pas être l’éponge de l’information.

Retrouver le sens des mots.

L’emploi courant de généralités a une puissance quotidienne formidable.

Je me souviens d’une cliente en disgrâce avec sa féminité, employant sans cesse l’expression « je suis un véritable garçon manqué »

Comment imaginer une seconde qu’une femme en toute conscience se place aussi bas.

L’origine de la femme serait-elle un homme…raté ?

S’empresser de reprendre le pouvoir sur ce que l’on dit et comment on le dit. Etes-vous sur d’être en accord avec toutes ces généralités passées dans le langage courant ?

Que va t-il se passer si vous demander votre chemin à l’étranger dans le rue ?

En disant étranger, il ne s’agit que d’une personne que vous ne connaissez pas.

Que risquez vous ? La mort ? Une blessure ? Un refus ?

Ben non !! Au risque de vous décevoir, 90% des gens sollicités correctement répondent positivement. Ce pourcentage comprend, aussi, les personnes correspondantes à vos phobies personnelles. Vous savez ceux qui ont les lèvres fines et qui ne sont pas généreux, ceux qui ont le nez cassé et donc font de la boxe et donc sont violents…

C’est dans notre nature, fondamentalement, de venir en aide, dès lors que cela touche notre proximité.

Si pour la majorité d’entre nous, le problème n’est pas d’oser demander son chemin, la réflexion reste la même. Il n’existe pas de hiérarchie des besoins et des demandes.

Avancer cela commence par mettre un pied devant l’autre.
